About the project
A pedestrian bridge project suspended with a glass floor on the banks of Dubai Creek and the entertainment and service city attached to it. The estimated investment cost is more than 6 billion US dollars.
PROJECT PLAN
1.
Suspended Pedestrian Bridge
It is a masterpiece and a landmark for the city of Dubai unparalleled in the world. The length of the bridge 1100 mts, it will be the longest in the world. It contains a man-made waterfall falling from the bridge that is 1000 meters long and 100 meters above sea level.
2.
The Main Tower
It is one of the self-supporting, high-tech towers and has a built area equivalent to Burj Khalifa and is multi-use, with a height (2,086 feet - 636 meters) and consists of 127 floors and includes a seven-star hotel.
3.
Hawa Island
A unique island in the world dedicated to women and its activities cover all women's entertainment, sporting, and shopping needs.
4.
The Shopping Center
A shopping island surrounded by water, covered by a semi-sky dome suspended by steel cables and clad with wood and Nanogel glass, which gives the interior atmosphere a full spread of sunlight.
5.
Entertainment
A special museum on the history of the UAE and a center for the unity of the Abrahamic religions. The Planetarium Ball Building. A health club, a sports club, a skating rink, a physiotherapy and beauty center, a body building center. Marina yacht and marine games club.
6.
Hotels
A group of three five-star hotels with a capacity of more than (2000) keys. Many of the hotels operating in Las Vegas have welcomed the placing of these hotels under their management and supervision and their desire to exist and work in the Emirate of Dubai.
7.
Residences
A group of deluxe apartments with 160 units of highly architectural finishing and totally working with technology. A large group of marine villas with 9 private villas. A group of duplex villas, with 486 units, distributed over 27 towers.
8.
Offices
Office tower blocks ranging from 8 to 56 floors. Including three high-tech steel towers.
