About the project
FiveStar Brand Hotel & Furnished Apartments Resort (Basement + Ground + 10 floors).
A luxury lifestyle hotel with nearly 720 rooms and suites and 295 furnished apartments which encapsulates all aspects of elegance. Ideally located on Marjan Island offering picturesque views of the Arabian Gulf.
Project Location
The project consists of Beach Resort, which will be located on Plot No. HRH-03 at AL MARJAN ISLAND,
Ras Al Khaima. The plot area is 73,614 square meters, with allowable plot coverage of 40% percent. The figure below shows the plot shape, limits and characteristics.
